Refund policy

Requests for returns are strictly allowed within 24 hours after signed delivery, and the return must be initiated within 14 days of the signed delivery date. Return shipments are at the expense of the buyer and must be scheduled for return within 14 days from the signed delivery date, or from the date we accept returns, whichever is later. Credit note will be issued once this verification is completed.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return and refund to be processed once we receive the stock back.

Any discrepancies in the weight, style, or quality of your stock must be resolved within 24 hours of signing for delivery, or they will be considered invalid.

Parcel Loss

For lost parcels, the search times provided by the delivery company can extend from 1 month to 2 months. Until the shipping company notifies us in writing of the confirmation of lost goods, we are unable to issue refunds or resend the goods.

 

Non-Refundable Items

In the interests of hygiene, Jeans cannot be returned.
