Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If:

  • The address is incorrect

  • Customer is unavailable for delivery

  • The order is returned due to non-acceptance

Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Damaged or Opened Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Do not accept the delivery (if visibly damaged).

  • Record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving.

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos/video proof.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier operational issues

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
