Nature of Products (Important for Used Clothing)

  • We sell pre-owned/thrifted/second-hand clothing.

  • Items may show minor signs of wear.

  • We make every effort to inspect, clean, and describe items accurately.

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

All products are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

Product Condition Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee that items are in brand-new condition.

  • Minor imperfections, fading, or stitching repairs may exist.

  • Major defects (if any) will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of thrifted clothing.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Accepted payment methods:

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within [X] business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we sell used clothing:

Option A (Strict No Return Model):

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges unless the wrong item was sent.

  • If the Item received is damaged beyond description (Unboxing video required for claims)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 Hours before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Brand name

  • Logo

  • Images

  • Product descriptions

Are property of Afterloom and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions (please wash before use)

  • Fit issues

  • Indirect damages

  • Misuse of products

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount.

User Conduct

Customers must not:

  • Provide false information

  • Attempt fraud

  • Abuse customer service

We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

Your personal information will only be used for:

  • Shipping

We do not sell customer data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
